My role spans the entire sourcing cycle—from understanding stakeholder needs to evaluating vendors and issuing purchase orders. Before this, I was with Tummy Tucker Lite Foods as a Senior Associate in Operations and Sourcing. I led end-to-end operations, including vendor sourcing, inventory control, and customer delivery. I played a key role in launching new units, optimizing processes, and improving procurement strategies, all of which helped reduce costs and drive growth.

Earlier in my career, I worked at the International Society of Quality and Safety in Healthcare as a Junior Project Manager. There, I focused on lab audits, developed SOPs, and introduced a KPI-driven approach to decision-making. I also led a “Train the Trainer” initiative to equip team leads with Six Sigma and project management skills.

My journey started with an internship at Toyota Kirloskar, where I designed and implemented a hands-on solution for a real-time problem on the shop floor.

I hold an MBA and a Bachelor's in Engineering, along with certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt), Generative AI for Project Managers, and I'm currently pursuing Google’s Project Management certificate.
