Nature of Job & Responsibilities:
 Creating season passes
 Preparing season passes and building sales strategies.
 Preparing KRA reports and publishing it on time.
 Handling 18 members of team, which include voice, non-voice and the operations
 Handling Indian customers and Indonesia customers.
 Assigning task to the team and setting deadlines to achieve targets
 Assisting managers to build Operations strategies
 Keeping the team informed of the new changes in product and process knowledge
 Set sales target and motivate team to achieve the sales targets
 Recruit, train, coach the operations team
 Audit the calls and give feedback to improvise the sales & service
 Be available to the team to clear their doubts on the real time to perform their flawlessly
 Ensure timely login of the team member to avoid shrinkage and attrition.
 Managing the team and training them about the process.
 Publishing the daily performance report and giving feedbacks.
 Checking for the day to day follow up status of the escalation and providing end to end
resolution to the problem.
 Handling of complete fantasy gaming where it involves updating Cadence, match opening,
presenting line ups to the customers & give winnings.
 Live monitoring for the match status and line ups.
