A highly motivated individual looking for better opportunities with an aim to achieve a challenging role in progressive organization. With the little but worthwhile experience of mine I have developed a strong inclination towards working in project management team, product team and chatbot development domain. While I consider myself to be a quick learner, I believe my positive attitude and resilience keeps me going. At the same time, my creativity inspires me in getting better each day

Currently I am working as project management trainee at  RBL bank.At RBL, I got a lot of exposure. Under the guidance of my seniors I take care of the following-

• Responsibility of overseeing RBL Bank's Mobank retail mobile banking application.
• Ensure end-to-end project management, from ideation to deployment, with a focus on timely completion of all milestones.
• Utilize Agile methodology to continuously improve and integrate customer feedback into the project.
• Effectively managed project progress by utilizing One-Q portal, maintaining a comprehensive repository of critical project documentation such as BRD, FSD, Test Cases, Testing Artifacts, Appsec Approvals, Formal Sign-off from Business and Product Teams, resulting in improved project transparency, streamlined workflows.
• Use CleverTap to identify product module gaps and minimize user journey drop-offs by 25%.
• Managed cross-functional team of developers, testers, business team and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborated with multiple vendors to create a real-time monitoring solution for mobile applications.

Projects:

• Merging Crest DC: Ongoing project on redesigning Upgrade DC journey aims to improve user experience and reduce number of clicks by (count :5) presenting "Key Features & Benefits" and "Monthly/Annual Joining fees" on a single page.
• Project Enfield:Working closely with the L2 team and investigating trends of customer complaints tickets for quick resolution of customer queries.
• 3 in 1 Trading and Demat Account:Ongoing projects where we aim to provide customers with a single platform to open Demat and Trading accounts in a single journey.This project has various stakeholders like RBL bank,NSDL for Demat opening,ICICI securities for trading account.

HighRadius Technologies Private Limited [1 June,2021-1 June,2022]

Before RBL, I completed a year-long  internship at HighRadius Technologies Private Limited. During this internship I had following responsibilities-

• 1.Maintenance, management, and configuration of intents for HighRadius Chatbot(FREEDA AI ASSISTANT)
• 2.Creating new intents as per the use-case required in sprint and pondering on possible variants(training phrases) for the same, configuring rules and responses for that intent(in Google Dialog Flow), writing queries to fetch the required data 
• 3.Testing the working status of these intents in the local environment and deployment of same in the platinum or gold environment

I was offered a full time role at HighRadius but during my last year of college I got a better placement offer from RBL bank hence I choose to take it.

I have completed my bachelors in Information Technology from Kalinga Institute Of Industrial Technology ,Bhubaneswar with CGPA:9.19 in final year.
