  1. Take a follow up on call and co-ordinate with backend Team till closer.   
  2.  Call log to vendor if devices under warranty or AMC and take follow up till closer.
  3. Able to install OS and troubleshoot in Win7, win8 and win10.
  4. Knowledge about assets management.
  5. Install MS Office and all types of S/W in Systems.
  6. Good knowledge about Local & Network Printers.
  7. Configure Outlook in System, Laptop & mobiles in domain environment.
  8. Able to provide remote support to user.
  9. Good knowledge in Hardware diagnose & troubleshooting.
  10. Troubleshooting knowledge in Network related issues.
  11. Experience to work in domain environment.

 

Experience
