My internship experience includes drafting contracts, privacy policies, and NDAs, alongside researching key legal issues across various sectors. I am eager to expand my expertise and connect with professionals who share a passion for impactful legal solutions.

NESAM Consulting (Bangalore, India) – Legal Intern (July 2024): Drafted a Data Privacy Policy, Employment Contract, Consultant Agreement, and mutual NDAs. Researched data protection in mental health startups, privacy policies, commercial clauses, and the validity of signatures in contracts. Redlined a Lead Generation Service Agreement.

Nyaaya, Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy (Remote, Bangalore) – Legal Research Intern (January 2023-December 2023; April 2024-August 2024): Drafted MOUs, contracts, and contributed to weekly legal blogs.

WeWork Indian Headquarters (Bangalore) – Legal Intern (December 2023-January 2024): Drafted surrender deeds, researched GDPR, and prepared presentations on domestic violence and inheritance laws.

Law Chambers of J. Sai Deepak (Delhi) – Legal Intern (July 2023): Researched FIR clubbing, patent law, and judicial overreach while attending court proceedings on IPR matters.

Centre for Environment Law, Education, Research and Advocacy (CEERA), NLSIU, Hybrid (Bangalore) – Legal Research Intern (March-April 2023): Co-authored, edited, and proofread a chapter on startups, focusing on common law jurisdictions and digital technologies. Assisted with editing the Journal of Law and Public Policy (JLPP), familiarized myself with due diligence for corporate affairs, and prepared question papers for MOOC course assessments.

Embassy Services Private Limited (Bangalore) – Legal Intern (June-August 2022): Drafted NDAs, sale deeds, rent agreements, and proofread legal documents.

Enfold Proactive Health Trust (Remote, Bangalore) – Legal Intern (July 2021): Supported the revamp of the PoSH and Child Protection Policy, formulated complaint formats for gender-based violence, assisted in drafting the Diversity and Inclusion Policy, and helped organize webinars on the prevention of sexual harassment for NGOs and educational institutes
