During my 20+ years with the Ecommerce, ITES/IT industry. I have worked on transitioning and migrating processes, setting up large Processes/Operations, Quality Standards, Process excellence, Project Management, Service Delivery and managing their respective P&L’s. I have extensive experience in liaising with senior level, both internal and external. My previous corporate stint was with Flipkart as Director Operations, redefining the strategy road map for the Customer Experience vertical across their In-house and Outsourced partners, post which I was pursuing my entrepreneurship dream of changing the way corporates eat. I am currently with Udaan (Hiveloop Technologies Pvt Ltd) which is a B2B platform, working on restructuring the Experience vertical from scratch.
