have completed my MBA in Finance from Pune University, where I developed a strong foundation in financial management, strategic planning, and business operations. After completing my post-graduation, I began my professional journey with LTIMindtree as a fresher, stepping into the corporate world with a passion for learning and growing in the field of project management.

During my time at LTIMindtree, I gained hands-on experience in various aspects of Program and Project Management (PMO), including project planning, MIS reporting, business analysis, and coordination. My role allowed me to contribute to project execution while enhancing my understanding of business processes and resource optimization. I am now looking forward to leveraging my academic background and practical experience to take on new challenges in a dynamic organization.

LTIMindtree, I worked as a PMO Analyst, supporting end-to-end project management and governance activities. I created and maintained MIS and project status reports, providing key insights to senior leadership. My responsibilities included tracking timesheets, publishing compliance reports, preparing financial reports and management scorecards with variance analysis, and maintaining project documentation in line with PMO standards.

I collaborated with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and compliance. I also facilitated onboarding for project managers, conducted process training, and acted as a subject matter expert on PMO tools and procedures. To streamline operations and reporting, I worked extensively with MS Office Suite, SAP HANA, Confluence, SharePoint, and Project Tracking Systems (PTS).
