I worked as a senior customer relationship executive. Where my job is to be the first means of communication to the client where it starts with greeting the client and understand his requirements and do his risk profiling and then suggest him the best Pms Strategy that suits his criteria of investment and send him all the details over mails and brochures and factsheets are shared and then have a regular follow ups with the clients to close the deal. Once the deal is been closed client profiler is been share to the client to start the process and then send him prefilled documents which he signs n send back to us and we send it to the amc where the process time takes around 1 week and then the acc details are shared to the clients and the funds are being transferred and the sales closes. We take care n follow up with the clients right frm his risk profiling to documentatin to funding.
