Nishi DESAI

I, Nishi Desai a three-year L.L.B. course graduate from Jitendra Chauhan College of Law. I have a working experience with non-litigation and corporate matters.

During Law school, I have interned with a number of reputed law firms like HNT Legal, Universal Legal Associates and also worked with Corporate Companies like TATA Trent, TATA Nexarc, NYKAA, etc. Which helped me gain exposure in different aspects of law. I have had an opportunity to learn how to draft, research, attend client meetings and also to attend court matters. 

I also got an opportunity to work alongside the corporate team of the above-mentioned renowned organizations, where I got an opportunity to work on various kinds of agreements like BCA, SIS, Lease Deed, Leave and License, JIT, SOR, Marketplace agreements, MSA's, NDA’s etc. These opportunities have given me a chance to develop and explore my core interests in the field of Corporate Law and Contract Management.

These experiences have helped me significantly improve my time management skills, research skills, drafting skills, Contract management and client handling & management skills.

Area of Interest: General Corporate, Media Law and Contract Management.
