I am a clinical and basic genomic scientist that used computational and Statistical genetics as an analytical tool to understand genome and infer biological information's for human diseases.

Experience

Currently, I am working as an Associate Professor in Amrita Research Center and my work primarily focused on translation research in clinical genetics to identify genetic variants in rare human diseases as well as complex disease that could help elucidate for diagnosis and genotype-phenotype correlation. I am also interested in how genetic variants contribute to pathophysiological changes at cellular level that can be translated to clinical level.
