About Poulami Chakraborty:
I have completed B.Tech. hons. in Food Technology from Haldia Institute of Technology. I have expertise in areas such as FSMS, FoSTaC, HACCP, Quality testing, Food maufacturing and packaging. I have hand-on knowledge in quality testing as I have completed 3 months internship in that sector. I would like to expand my knowledge and widen my skills by working in an organization where I can apply my thoughts. I also have management and leadership qualities.
Experience
I have three months of experience in Food testing - quality and nutritional analysis. I have expertise in areas of proximate analysis- moisture, fat, protein, carbohydrate, energy; vitamin and minerals.
Education
Completed B.Tech in Food Technology.
