  • Specialization in Corporate Affairs, Industrial Relationships, and Liaison, including contract labour management, grassroots conflict resolution, stakeholder engagement, support for commercial activities in identifying local vendors for construction, grievance redressal, community and external relations, land acquisition, resettlement and rehabilitation, site administration, and CSR (with a special focus on livelihood, health and sanitation, education, environment, infrastructure development, etc.).
  • Accomplished Corporate Affairs leader known and respected for leading successful change in projects and building credibility with executive teams and staff.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, including the ability to interact, influence, and negotiate at senior levels both internally and externally.

Extensive experience in managing crises and issue situations, including delivering crisis management plans at a corporate level.
