As a Refinery Compliance Partner based out of Refinery Complex of Nayara Energy at Vadinar, Gujrat, I am leading, managing and directing complex investigations involving fraud, unethical conduct, or reputational risks. Whistle-blow case management for concerns raised through various hotline complaint channels. Partner with business functions to successfully deliver casework, compile recommendations and recovery of loss, if any. Actively involved in root cause analysis and fraud risk assessment for plugging the gaps to mitigate risks.
