measures, Also Safety coordinator for Q.C area responsible for maintaining safety within the 
area, preparing safety guideline documents as per requirement.
 Customer support: To analyze customer complaints in co-ordination with technical marketing 
team and to work on its solution.
 Attend quality issues inside as well as customer end.
 Give correction in recipe during online & first production of new grade.
 To record, maintain and report readings/ data related to Online and FG Quality control in JD 
Edwards system.
