As an Engineering Manager at Unilever, I lead the Group Engineering Centre for Electrical and Digital, overseeing the future proof design and agile maintenance practices of plant assets. With more than eight years of experience in engineering and manufacturing, I have developed and managed a three-tiered multi-disciplinary team of over 150 professionals, ensuring optimal plant operations, asset reliability, and capital expenditure.

My core competencies include project planning, maintenance management, root cause analysis, energy auditing, and digital transformation. I have delivered multiple capital projects from concept to commissioning, using cost engineering tools and risk assessments to justify business cases and support new product and packaging innovations. I have also implemented TPM, Six Sigma, and green technologies to achieve substantial savings, energy reduction, and decarbonization goals.
