• Lead end-to-end programs & transitions across multiple locations within CITCO geographies and ensure adherence to organizational goals Oversee team of Transition lead deployed across various transitions, enabling them to achieve project outcomes

• Participate in large and complex project movement of work, showcasing organizational capability in transition

• Undertake & lead initiatives (special projects) to improve transition function in order to have an impact in business related outcomes

• Heading transition of work globally to center of excellence locations and introduce CITCO framework to track migration progress including onboarding of new business coordinating the restructure of global offices to align with business goal of providing further value-added services to clients.

• Streamlining business workflow to minimize redundancy in processes and advising on best practice standards.

• Managing senior stakeholders’ multiple lines of businesses to successfully execute on project objectives within forecasts.

• Driving implementation of PMO standards and ensuring compliance across project teams.

• Responsible for overseeing implementation of and compliance with global best practices and corresponding development strategies for related systems and tools for the reconciliation center of excellence.
