I have completed my bachelor’s in mechanical engineering at the M.A.M COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING. The technical knowledge gained during my undergraduate learning along with 6 years of job experience has made me more focused, determined and has inculcated in me great discipline and a healthy work ethic. Having responsible position, at KSD Technologies Pvt Ltd. Before in Larsen & Toubro Defense Pvt. ltd. (Deputed) & before in Faurecia Automotive Seating Systems Pvt. Ltd & before in Dynepro Pvt. Ltd. as Design Engineer role, where I was required to carry out critical duties, it has brought with me a fair amount of experience in working under critical conditions & customer deadlines. I am having a proven expertise in Conceptualization & Design calculations- Strength of Materials, Hydraulic Routing-Selection of fittings & Hoses & Cylinder, Detail Design, Material selection, CAD modelling, Sheet metal designing, Machined components Design & Prototyping of a completely new product introduction. Also having a Comprehensive knowledge in detailed engineering drawings using GD&T, Tolerance Stack Up analysis, Limits, Fits & Tolerances. Also having a In-depth knowledge of metal fabrication process and fair understanding into activities pertaining to project planning, tracking and resource management. Being well versed with designing software like Solid works, Auto-CAD Capable of writing & incorporate PLM & PDM activities like Life-cycle management- DCR, DCN. Creation of HBOM, Drawing/Part Creation (Check In- Check out) & release using 3DEXPERIENCE software. Having friendly nature and by collaborating with other departments and teamwork, I can achieve improvement of existing products.
