My name is Sk Afiur Rahaman, and I am originally from Kolkata, West Bengal. I will begin by sharing my educational background. I completed my 10+2 with a science specialization, and during my school years, I also pursued a four-year IT & ITES degree from class 8 to 12.  After that i Moved to Dehradun which is also known as City Of Love, for my higher education. Where i persue Bachelors Of Businedd Administration In Aviation Management. During my college life I had done my an Internship ar Kolkata NSCBI Airport as a commercial Operations Intern with the Airport Authority Of India. Additionally I Obtained my IATA Certification in the year of 2022. Its all about my educational Background. Now I like to talk about my hobbies, In indore Hobbies I like to write my experience in a personal Diary. Additionally i like to read Books. In outdoor Hobbies I play football for my Health stability and also where i gained my Team Spirit. And my beloved hobbies is Travelling where i met new people and Net Culture. During my internship at Kolkata NSCBI Airport with the Airport Authority of India, I had a remarkable experience as a Commercial Operations Intern. This opportunity allowed me to gain valuable insights into the aviation industry and develop essential skills. 
One of the most significant aspects of my internship was learning how to effectively handle customer interactions and cater to their needs. I had the privilege of working directly with passengers, understanding their requirements, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their airport journey. This experience not only improved my communication skills but also taught me the importance of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to customer service, I had the opportunity to contribute to various projects during my internship. Two notable projects were the Food and Beverage Survey and the International Money Conversion Survey.

F&B- In the Food and Beverage Survey, I conducted face-to-face interviews with customers to gather their feedback on their dining experiences at the airport. I focused on understanding their satisfaction levels with the food quality, variety, and availability. Additionally, I assessed whether the food shop were follow COVID-19 protocols to ensure the safety of passengers. Through this project, I learned the importance of customer feedback in improving the overall dining experience.

IMC- The International Money Conversion Survey involved collecting feedback from a significant number of passengers regarding their experiences with currency exchange services. I assessed whether passengers were receiving fair rates or not. I also analyzed any concerns or issues related to excessive charges or discrepancies in the exchange process. This project enhanced my understanding of the importance of transparency, fairness, and efficiency in money conversion services, as well as the need to address any customer grievances promptly.

Through these experiences, I learned the value of effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to dynamic situations.

Overall, my internship at Kolkata NSCBI Airport was a transformative experience. It provided me with practical knowledge, sharpened my skills in customer service and project management.
