Job profile:-
• Managing Customer service function related Activities which includes tracking of
Service Request, Managing & closure of Service requests within TAT.
• Managing Communication Via phone and email with the customer to Resolve their
queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
• Build and deepen relationships with customers to achieve increase in share of wallet
and revenues through the phone channel - email channel.
• Provide professional customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction and
retention which should result in high Net Promoter Score(NPS)
• Serve as one-point contact to the mapped customers of the bank
• Cross selling of products and services for both new and existing customers
• Providing assistance for various products offered by Banks to enhance relationship
value
• Develop and maintain banking relationships with a select group of customers through
individualized customer service.
• Maintaining Excel,MIS data for various follow-ups pertaining to queries that customers
come up with to provide end to end resolution.
