Role as an Offshore Crew Coordinator                                                                                                             Jan 2019 – Mar 2021

  • Independently handle 15+ off shore vessel for crew mobilization on time as per client requirements.
  • Promote organizational effectiveness by implementing and monitoring issues relating to positive employee relations.
  • Assess business unit’s HR concerns and partner with managers to retain and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.

  • Bahrain visa for the shortlisted candidates and bring the staffs in Bahrain to make KSA visa.
  • Crews medical, Baladhiya, BOSIET and HSE trainings before their mobilization. 
  • Handle new staff requirement, prepare and issue job contract letters and follow up with the candidate for joining.
  • Validate and arrange documents as per client requirements’ (passport, seaman book & other offshore related certificates i.e., BOSIET, H2S & STCW, MLC medicals etc.)
  • Provide the necessary documents (LOI, Sponsor Letters) and coordinate with agent in Bahrain for the staffs KSA visa process.
  • Create and maintain visa expiry tracker, personal file creation etc.
  • Coordinate with concerned vessel agent in KSA for crew mobilization/de-mobilization on vessel and vessel agents and Pros for crews Aramco ID process.
  • Monitor visa expiry tracker, extend visas on time and intimate camp bosses about crew visa expiry and arrange alternate crew for replacement on time.

 

Role as a HR & Payroll Officer                                                                                                                                                  May’17 - Dec’18

  • Got necessary approvals for resignations from supervisors / HOD, prepared final settlements as per the KSA law.
