I have more than 10 years in hotel industry as a chef. I have worked with five star hotel brand such as Marriott international, Four Seasons hotel and Costa cruise as well.

My main duties are menu planning, Conducting training and making reports and in busy schedule I closely work with line staff to prepare dish before due time and reporting it to executive chef as well. Responsible for ordering food items on daily basis and creating requisition and in absence of sous chef handling smooth operation of kitchen,

Successfully completed Bachelor degree in hospitality and tourism management ( Alagappa  University and majored in culinary department in year 2008.

Passed higher Secondary Education from Maharashtra State Board in the year 2004.
