I am a postgraduate from Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Social Work and Graduated from S.G.B Amravati University in Rural Development. 

I have four and half years of experience in social development with PwC India and Kudumbashree NRO, Govt of Kerala.

Experience working with Govt. Departments – State Rural Livelihood Mission and Poverty Eradication Mission of Bihar, Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan

Social Audit Expertise – Certified and trained by the State Institute of Rural Development, Social Audit Unit Jharkhand.

My last assignment was with Kudumbashree NRO, Govt of Kerala for implementation of the implementation of Start-up Village Entrepreneurship Programme (SVEP), and National Rural Economic Transformation Project (NRETP) under the National Rural Livelihood Mission with Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan State Rural Livelihood Mission where I was leading a team of 13 community professional and 2 professionals. As state Project Coordinator I was engaged in formulating policies and developing knowledge materials such as enterprise development guidelines, SOP on business operation, training modules for entrepreneurs(PIP), and profit sharing for SHG enterprises along with the management, report, review of the projects.
