Position   :  Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

• From start to finish (Finishing works stone cladding, ceilings etc.,) and handover to client.
• Complete supervision of site staff, planning and implementation of day to day activities and preparing program for works and monitoring.
• General Engineering works co-ordination and review of reinforcement and formwork drawings.
• Supervision of reinforcement and formwork for all structural elements (columns, beams, stairs, walls, footings, ramps, slabs and other non structural items).
• To calculate the quantities of civil project works.
• To make the reports, records & site sketches on computer.
• To execute and supervise all types of civil site works(excavation, formwork, concreting, finishing & maintenance)
• To ensure the quality of project works
• To make all types of technical co-ordination of projects with project manager, consultants/clients.
• To co-ordinate with submission and approval of project materials and drawings to the consultant/client
• Review project specification carefully and study drawings with relevant specifications. 
• To prepare the material statements by referring the drawings and specifications.
• To arrange the required construction materials and equipment in advance for the effective execution of the work.
