•Analysis the WTG performance on a daily basis and planned corrective action. •Maintaining the major active trackers, A) Major component (pitch and Yaw seals, accumulators, etc.) replacement tracker B) Major components inspection (main bearing, Gear box, etc.) trackers C) Preventive maintenance tracker, D) Pending points in WTG tracker, E) CBM alert trackers, F) CFR trackers and pulse point trackers, and regular updates and discussion with the reporting manager. •Post PM audit is carried out as per the check list and organizes the GMQI score of the job. •Daily activity’s (PM/BM) witnessed as per OEM manual and taking the evidence and discussion with the OEM team for the last maintenance pending points on the basis of material availability. •Prepared the root cause analysis for major incidences. •Planned to give the technical training to the team at least once a week. •Daily preparedness of DGR and compared with OEM DGR •Prepared the weekly reports, which include •Budget generation vs actual generation •Availability (MA and GA) •Repeated errors and outages in the calculation. •Special activities. •Turbine fault action taken vs. probable causes. •To carry out the preventive and corrective maintenance of PSS, USS, and 33KV feeders as per the schedule. and ensure the 100% healthiness of all the equipment and the protection system of the 100 MW 220 KV/33 KV substation. •Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of Pooling Substations •To update the maintenance check lists and keep the maintenance records for safe storage for a long span. Review the records of maintenance, prepare analysis reports, and keep track of healthiness score. •Effective troubleshooting to minimize the turnaround time. Also responsible for the analysis of critical issues and breakdowns in a solution-oriented manner to minimize the breakdowns. •Experience in performance analysis, CAPA in the plant, and improving the system's reliability •Experience in maintenance and testing of all Electrical equipment’s of substation of 220KV, 33KV, and 11KV (Transformers, CT, PT, LA, switch Gears, isolaters, control cables, relays, and LT panels) •Had knowledge on SOP and HIRA for job activity, such as maintenance of electrical equipment's. •Experience in operating the SCADA and numerical relay monitoring. •Assess the site conditions and wind resources to determine the viability of wind energy generation, and analyze historical wind data, topography, and other relevant factors to understand the potential energy production and feasibility of wind turbines in the given location. •Closely monitor the performance of wind turbine components, including the gearbox, generator, blades, and control systems, and by analyzing data and conducting regular inspections, they can identify early signs of wear, corrosion, or other issues and take proactive measures to prevent major failures. •Develop and implement OT security policies, procedures, and controls; conduct risk assessments; establish security requirements; and create policies and processes to protect OT systems like industrial control systems. •Experience in effective utilization of the technical and non-technical contract manpower for preventive and routine maintenance activities as well as daily activities •Conduct security audits and risk assessments to Perform audits and assessments of OT environments to identify potential vulnerabilities and gaps in security controls. •Provide awareness and training to educate OT engineers, operators, and other staff on the successful adoption of SOP, HIRA, electrical safety, OT cybersecurity risks, policies, and recommended practices. •Active involvement in 'Value Engineering' activities for multiple 'cost-effective' solutions to improve O&M practices and ultimately plant performance along with asset healthiness •Experience in carrying out internal PSS and line audits. •Experience in handling, preparing, and analyzing daily reports, performance reports, and generation reports •To ensure the following electrical safety and PTW by all team members and ensuring the following permit system procedure by all team members. •Ensure to conduct a safety observation tour of the plant once a week. •Ensure the work is carried out by the team with appropriate tools and a safety permit
