Role: - Technical language specialist (Spanish)
- Working as a bilingual translator for converting technical documents and verbal communication from Spanish to English and vice-versa.
- Providing the translations of the tickets raised by the client as well as the resolution given by the technical team.
- Conducting Spanish language training sessions every day for the team to understand and communicate with the Spanish technical team.
- Participating in knowledge transfer sessions, and conference calls as a mediator between two teams.
- Serve as an on-call translator for teleconferences as required. For ex: Handling daily huddle meetings and management meetings.
- Generating the daily, weekly, and monthly work reports and sending them to the Spanish technical team.
- Working on the tools like SICR, SCoAD, LCM, and CWP.
