I am a Spanish Language Expert with an experience of 6+ years. I work as a translator and interpreter for Spanish to English and vice versa.  

Experience

  1. HCL Technologies:                                                                                                     (Aug.’18 – Till date)

Role: - Lead Engineer (Spanish Language Support)

 

  • Working as Spanish Language support for HCL Domino Technical Team.
  • Proofreading for Lotus Notes and Domino technical and process-related documents.
  • Hands-on experience with the tools: Lotus Notes, Salesforce, Sametime, Service Now, Domino.
  • Providing technical assistance through language support to EMEA clients in the Spanish language.
  • Assisting technical teams to understand the queries of the client during meetings and calls.
  • Creation of process-related documents and translation of those documents into the Spanish language for the clients.
  • Testing of functionality and language of new versions of software and applications before their launch.
  • Creation and Translation of KB (Knowledge-Based) Articles which help clients to understand the step-by-step process of the issue.  

 

  1. IBM India Pvt. Ltd.:                                                                                                   (Oct.’ 16 – Aug.’18)

Role: - Technical language specialist (Spanish)

 

  • Working as a bilingual translator for converting technical documents and verbal communication from Spanish to English and vice-versa.
  • Providing the translations of the tickets raised by the client as well as the resolution given by the technical team.
  • Conducting Spanish language training sessions every day for the team to understand and communicate with the Spanish technical team.
  • Participating in knowledge transfer sessions, and conference calls as a mediator between two teams.
  • Serve as an on-call translator for teleconferences as required. For ex: Handling daily huddle meetings and management meetings.
  • Generating the daily, weekly, and monthly work reports and sending them to the Spanish technical team.
  • Working on the tools like SICR, SCoAD, LCM, and CWP.

 

  1. Tech Mahindra:                                                                                          (Dec’ 12 – Feb’ 14)

               Role: - Customer Support Associate

 

  • Supporting Idea’s AP circle.
  • Handling customer queries for Idea Cellular LTD.
  • Replying to customers over e-mail with effective solutions.
  • Preparing daily and weekly report and sending them to a higher authority.
  • Managing the customer complaints through i-care and crystal software per defined priority.
