    Description

    We are looking for:

    • B-Tech / MBA with minimum 1 to 5 years of experience
    • Good working knowledge of MS Office and Social Media tools
    • Exposure to Quality management system, Quality Tools, Proposal drafting, Pre-sales support, report writing, research-based work
    • Exposure to Projects based work, Training / L & D will be an added advantage
    • Exposure to liaison with national bodies on Quality like QCI, BIS and various other institutions (preferred)

    Competencies:

    • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), exposure of social media tools
    • ISO 9001 Internal Auditor/ Lead Auditor Certification course
    • Exposure to Quality Tools, LEAN, SIX Sigma, Project Management will be an added advantage

    Principal Accountabilities:

    • Back end operational support of Training and Projects (i.e. database management, execution of training/project plans, maintaining financial and administrative discipline of various activities, Research work and report writing)
    • Provide support for ongoing and new conferences, workshops, one to one meeting by way of preparing background documents, agendas, case study collection, conference proceedings, minutes of meetings and participant database
    • Manage relationships with clients, sponsors, stakeholders/customers, external agencies and vendors
    • Coordination with clients/partners (internal/ external)
    • Manage ISO 9001 certification for FICCI as Deputy MR
