Job Description:

Project planning and mapping requirements of clients as well as different stakeholders, vendors, partners, service providers, subcontractors
Manages client engagements and relationships
Assist technical teams in requirements gathering and documentation
Provides resource management to ensure effective utilization and client satisfaction
Develops and maintains project plans for managing scope, schedule, resource needs, staffing and detailed work breakdown structure
Performs risk/issue assessment, tracking resolution and escalation to ensure project completion
Provides direction and sets priorities to deliver to plans/budget and resolve daytoday program issues
Defines and leads the implementation of consistent technical processes for systems implementations, maintenance, and support
Responsible for the overall implementation of the project according to the scope;
Effectively engage and manage the vendors/partners to deliver planned services

Qualifications:

Proficiency on delivering SAP projects with SAP Activate Methodology using Agile Sprints and report the project progress via sprints
Should understand the customer business processes and the IT landscape rapidly and able to foresee the likely challenges
Proficient in client requirements elicitation, investigating underlying causes and identifies short term or long term solutions
Automotive industry SAP project management experience
Proficiency in entire lifecycle of SAP systems encompassing setup, configuration, testing, maintenance and support of SAP landscapes
Experience in managing medium to large projects or programs as per the quality standards, right from scoping, preparation of functional specifications till rollouts
Proficiency in functionality and business process of service management and providing acceptable level of support to users in coordination with vendors
Insightful knowledge of business process analysis (As-Is, To-Be) and design, process optimization, cost control & revenue maximization from SAP system solutions using cutting edge technologies
Lead with demonstrated abilities in training & motivating large teams
Experience in managing global enterprise projects
Experience in managing program finances independently
Proactive, selfdriven, forward looking, collaborative, good analytical and problem solving skills, extremely good communication and negotiation skills and who can interface across a spectrum of stakeholders
