    Job Description :

    As a Lead Full Stack Developer in our growing team, your role is multifaceted, encompassing leadership, project planning, coordination, and hands-on development. You will oversee a team of developers and QA engineers, ensuring collaboration, code quality, and successful project delivery.

    Your responsibilities will evolve as the team expands, requiring strong leadership skills to guide the team through growth and complexity.

    Key Responsibilities :

    1. Foster collaboration and maintain code quality within the team.

    2. Ensure successful project delivery by coordinating with project managers, defining timelines, allocating resources effectively, and identifying potential roadblocks.

    3. Implement or refine development processes to ensure efficiency and scalability, incorporating best practices for code versioning, testing, and deployment.

    4. Align team efforts with organizational goals, driving productivity and maintaining a positive team culture.

    5. Lead project planning and coordination, including building new websites and pages, implementing componentization strategies, designing UI components, and developing reusable packages.

    6. Support multiple languages and work on new features and utilities for customers.

    7. Design applications for testability and evaluate potential performance improvements.

    8. Manage product issues, fix bugs, and improve documentation.

    9. Provide support to other teams, lead investigation in post-incident reports, and troubleshoot problems for users.

    10. Build and rewrite existing components and services, focusing on performance improvements and process efficiency.

    11. Design user-facing APIs and features with flexibility, maintainability, and performance in mind.

    Requirements :

    1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

    2. Minimum 3 years of proven leadership experience.

    3. Excellent command of English language (written & spoken).

    4. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

    5. Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills.

    6. Experience with Agile methodology and tools like Jira.
