    Key Responsibilities

    Enable automation to speed up migration deliverables from Microfocus technologies to SailPoint IdentityNow.
    Design, develop and deploy access management policies and workflows.
    Work on new IGA capabilities to solve business problems using standard project management/business analysis lifecycle practices.
    Write and review technical designs.
    Automate integration and testing leveraging APIs.
    Support the build of an existing Onboarding Factory solution in AWS using NodeJS and AWS LambdaLiaison with the vendor and different stakeholdersSupport and maintenance of the Legacy Microfocus solutions including DR, upgrades, and bug fixes


    Experience and Qualifications Required:
    4+ years of experience in automation with at least 2 years in engineering, integration, or support of SailPoint IdentityNow.
    Prior experience on MicroFocus IAM Suite (e-Directory, Identity Manager) will be added advantage.
    Hands on expertise with Node.
    JS, is key for this role.
    Proven experience in application on-boarding to IGA using JDBC, LDAP, API (REST, SOAP), Webservice etc.
    Good understanding of Cloud AWS deployments including Lambda, fargate, etc.

    Basic understanding of cryptography (TLS, PKI)Good understanding of cloud environments (IAAS, PAAS, SAAS)Broad understanding of the following technologies and their inter-operability (Unix, Linux, Windows, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).A strong disposition to take responsibility and to lead by example.

    Ability to draw on experience to question and challenge existing or proposed solutions.
    An ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
    Organised with good attention to detail with a natural ability to prioritise workload and objectives.
    Analytical skills with an ability to quickly assimilate new information.

    Understanding of emerging technologies and corresponding security threatsAble to articulate effectively impact, root cause and solution in both technical and business calls.

    Experience working with teams across separate geographies.
    Significant experience with integration, migration and communication issues among applications, databases, and technology platforms.
    Ability to research, recommend and be accountable for alternative actions for problem resolution engaging the appropriate internal or external subject matter experts
