Roles and responsibilities:


Role Purpose

  • To Lead, Develop, Implement, and Monitor Company's total quality management, quality
strategy, policies, procedures, rule routes, flow, and programs initiatives to ensure that the

product and services are of the highest quality.

  • Excellent in assuring Quality Practices. Handson experience in strengthening quality systems
like Deming / Toyota / Lean philosophy or equivalent in the organization.

  • Should have good understanding / knowledge of IMS, SQA, in process Quality, Welding,
Assembly, Painting & Packing, Glass lining, Quality Assurance / Non-destructive testing,

Customer coordination, Customer Inspections. Quality after sales.

  • Ability to identify the Process improvement projects. Drive Culture of SGA/ QC circle. Should
know the digitization, IoT in the quality and Process controls. System / Process / Product and

5S Audit Report Preparation and communication to Team and Management.

  • Respect for Voice of Customers, Evaluate and improve on overall customer satisfaction level.
  • Ensure that reactivity to treat customer's issues is respected. Containment, Analysis and
permanent solution

  • Analytical oriented: Excellent in analytical skills, worked with Analysis tools. Understand the
importance of data collection, analysis and eradication of the cause.

  • Knows ways of strengthening the quality systems. Audit the Quality system periodically
(internally, Customer Audit). Work with internal audit team to highlight process gaps and

ensure mitigation plans are put in place

  • Understand Customer Specification Needs and Expectation and solve their queries
  • Customer Centricity (Internal & external Customer)
  • Understand the importance of data collection, analysis and eradication of the cause.
  • Must know methodology of inter department system improvement
  • Plan and conduct periodic / monthly management review meetings closure of MRM points
  • Ability for Capability development of team members for RCA and CA for audit findings and
Monitor Implementation of Corrective Actions. Review and Update ISO / ASME Manual and

SOPs/Work Instructions, Oversee daily Manufacturing of Product and defect / rework

monitoring, ISO, QSM, ASME, Kaizen, 5S, Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma Training to all

department personnel. An approach of PDCA
