Telecaller - Solar and UPS Products
Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Telecaller to join our team and contribute to the success of our solar and UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) product sales.
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products, and persuading them to make a purchase.
Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our solar and UPS products.

Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of our solar and UPS products to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and understanding of customer needs.

Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches to encourage potential customers to consider our products, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for interested customers to receive detailed product demonstrations or consultations with our sales representatives.

Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address queries, and guide customers through the purchase process.

CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Achieve Targets: Work towards and achieve weekly and monthly sales targets to contribute to overall team goals.

Customer Relationship: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications and Skills:

Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication in English (additional languages a plus).

Sales Aptitude: Proven ability to persuade and close deals over the phone.

Product Knowledge: Understanding of solar and UPS products or a willingness to learn quickly.

Customer Focus: Ability to empathize with customer needs and provide solutions.

Target-Driven: Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Team Player: Collaborative approach with the ability to work seamlessly within a team.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.

Previous Telecalling Experience: Prior experience in a telecalling or sales role is a plus.

Salary:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
