    About The/Nudge:

    The/Nudge is an action institute working towards a povertyfree India, within our lifetime. We partner with governments, markets, and civil society to build resilient livelihoods for all.

    We are a collective of some of India's best leaders and entrepreneurs from across the industry, academia, government, and development sectors, and our work is organized across three impact streams:

    Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): enables underprivileged youth to lead flourishing lives
    Centre for Rural Development (CRD): enables rural families to come out of extreme poverty
    Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): nudges top talent to solve India's biggest challenges

    At Nudge, you will:


    Develop a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy for CRD
    Conduct need assessment to build capacity towards employee growth and development
    Analyze trends and key engagement metrics for CRD
    Build and execute employee engagement experience (onboarding, R&R design, culture and value sessions) for CRD
    Drive people processes & work with the CRD team in the capacity of a people business partner
    Work closely with employees to build morale and increase productivity and retention
    lead end to end impact stream (CRD) level events like, Townhall, All/hands, offsites and any other need based events or spaces
    Engage in monthly/quarterly people reviews for the team


    Apply if you have :


    56 years of overall work experience
    Excitement to solve people challenges and build culture within the organization
    The ability to effectively communicate, understand and empathize
    The ability to collaborate & maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
    The ability to be emotionally resilient and have a high sense of integrity
    The ability to analyze data comfort with Excel and PowerPoint
    The ability of high execution and operational skills

    Would be great if you have : Prior experience in Human Resource or people management
    Educational background in Human Resource
