    Job Title:
    • Accounts Executive.

    Job Description:As an Accounts Assistant, your primary responsibility is to provide support in various financial and accounting tasks within an organization. You will assist the accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and strong organizational skills will contribute to the efficient operation of the finance department.

    Requirements:
    • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred, but relevant work experience or certifications can be considered.
    • Proven experience in a similar role or demonstrated knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
    • Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel for data entry and financial analysis.

    Responsibilities:
    • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including invoices, bills, and receipts.
    • Enter financial data into accounting software or spread sheets accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Help reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
    • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing vendor invoices, issuing payments, and following up on outstanding payments.
    • Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculation of employee salaries, deductions, and tax withholdings.
    • Help with the preparation of documentation and information required for audits or regulatory compliance.
    • Maintain confidentiality of financial data and adhere to internal controls and financial policies.
    • Stay updated on accounting principles, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial operations.

    Job Type:
    • Full-time/Monday-Saturday/10 am -7 pm.

    Location- AJC BOSE ROAD.

    Salary- 10,000-15,000 per month(Depending on candidate experience).
