JOB OVERVIEW:


Roles and responsibilities-

Conceptual Design:
Create initial design concepts, sketches, and drawings for architectural projects based on client requirements and project goals.

Project Development:
Develop and refine architectural plans, blueprints, and 3D models using industry-standard software and tools.

  • Collaboration*: Work closely with project managers, engineers, interior designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Regulatory Compliance*: Stay uptodate with local building codes and regulations, ensuring that designs meet all necessary requirements and obtain necessary permits.
  • Client Interaction*: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback into project plans.
  • Quality Control*: Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction aligns with the approved plans and quality standards.

Salary:
₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
