Telecaller (Fluent in Telugu, Hindi & English)

Location:
Hyderabad, Somajiguda


Responsibilities:


  • Contact potential customers via telephone to promote our products/services.
  • Utilize scripts to provide information about our offerings and answer customer queries.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to offer appropriate solutions.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various sources.
  • Maintain and update customer databases.
  • Achieve set targets for lead conversion and sales closures.

Requirements:


  • Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English languages is essential.
  • Proven experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in the medical or healthcare sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer rejections and objections effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Goaloriented with a focus on achieving targets.
