Kraftshala is backed by a number of eminent investors including ex-unicorn startup founders and CXOs of global giants.**What you will be doing**: You will help us build India's top community of future marketing and sales stars You'll spearhead engagement efforts, create great content, run online events, connect with industry leaders, manage feedback, all while supporting brand growth and fostering strong community bonds.

Community Engagement and Growth Own the Kraftshala referral program Build products and channels for ensuring active conversations with the community Work closely with product teams to build loops within the program experience to activate and engage users Monitor and report on the effectiveness of community engagement efforts.

Lead efforts to enhance the user experience with automatic communications, channel management, and personalized content in line with the learning map.

Design and execute online and offline events for engaging users
