Purchase Coordinator ( Third Party Payroll Position)


Work location:
Magarpatta, Pune


Experience:
  • 5 years at least in similar as expediting or expedito

Qualification:
BA, B.COM, B.SC, BBA, MBA


Skills - MS office & good communication in English is the most priority skill


Key Responsibilities

  • The requirement is for Purchasing coordinator / Desk Expeditor to support 'Supply Chain Group'.
  • Responsible for expediting with suppliers for purchase orders which are already placed on Supply Base.
  • Responsible for interacting with their suppliers to order (as per assigned commodity) and ensure parts are delivered on time to support customer requirements.
  • Responsible to work with a cross functional team (SCM Management, Receiving, Quality, Operations and Engineering) to ensure all customer requirements are met.
  • Responsible to identify supplier.

Employment Type:

Contractual - 12 Months, the possibility of extension
