Description

The Front Desk Executive is responsible for handling All Salon Desk activities at Salon, effectively handling Clients and other relevant activities.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Familiarization with company Manual and Policies

2 Handling and managing the entire front desk efficiently.


3 Attending to phone calls, booking appointments, calling to confirm appointments, handling stylists and beauty therapists' columns effectively, receiving clients with a smile and making them comfortable before the service, handling money, doing the days total.

4 Managing team's attendance with the help of bio-metric system.

5 Managing salon schedule.

6 Interacting with clients, making them aware of all the ongoing offers or promotions and taking their feedback.

7 Maintaining the client database by taking client details accurately.

8 Maintaining a client waitlist, to maximize the stylists'/therapists columns.


9 Converting every walk in client into repeat business and every repeat client to come more often for various services, offering advance booking.

10 Distributing new clients evenly and fairly to the stylists/therapists.

11 Selling our high value services.

12 Increasing the business of the salon and ensuring that monthly targets are met.

13 Maintain confidentiality of all the information.

14 Tallying and handling over cash to the bank along with the necessary paper work.

15 Working with backend teams

16 Be present for all scheduled training modules and workshops organized by the company.

17 Effective handling of petty cash

18 Maintain salon stationery including various forms and soft copies

19 Delivering of action plan: Expected to work on weak areas through training and in downtime in the salon, along with other in-salon training programs


QUALIFICATION STANDARD

Education :
HSC +


Experience :
Minimum 2-year experience in Retail/ Service industry background as Front Desk team

Additional Skills desired:
Creating and maintaining client relationships, Self-motivated yet customer-focused,

Computer educated, highly confident and exceptional communication skills (verbal & written), cash/ card/ UPI

payments & monetary transactions, worked on ERP (Zenoti), team management


REQUIRED JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
1 Presentable, service-orientation with high energy, positive and friendly behavior

2 Accurate arithmetic skills

3 Very good interpersonal and communication skills

4 Ability to multi-task


Salary:
₹250, ₹425,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
