Description
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and department heads within the eye hospital.
- Patient Coordination: Oversee patient scheduling, registration, and coordination of appointments, ensuring seamless patient experience and efficient workflow.
- Facility Management: Supervise the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, including equipment, infrastructure, and cleanliness standards, to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.
- Financial Management: Assist in financial operations such as budgeting, expense tracking, and billing processes, in coordination with the finance department.
- Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and guidelines applicable to eye hospitals, including maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Staff Coordination: Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and training of administrative staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels and optimal performance.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of medical and administrative supplies, coordinating procurement and ensuring efficient utilization to minimize waste.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement in administrative processes and implementing appropriate measures.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the hospital, liaising with various departments, staff, and external stakeholders to promote collaboration and teamwork.
- Patient Satisfaction: Monitor patient feedback and satisfaction levels, addressing concerns promptly and implementing initiatives to enhance patient experience and service quality.
Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Hospital Administration, or a Master's in Health Administration (MHA) is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in administrative roles within an eye hospital setting is mandatory.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and healthcare management software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards, particularly in eye care.
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
