About the role:

This is a unique job opportunity for someone like you - who is comfortable meeting and interacting with people and using their great communication skills to engage people in conversations about financial support for social causes that matter to you.

Responsibilities:

Develop an understanding of client's campaigns.
Meet set income targets by signing paid supporters for the clients.
Have engaging conversations with common people on social causes.
Inspire them to get involved and guide them on ways to donate.
Explain the benefits of giving small sums of money on a regular basis.
Work at different locations within the city.
Meet and exceed assigned deliverables.
Maintain the highest standards of integrity and honesty.

Who are we looking for?

Good communication skills

- ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with a wide range of people.

Keen desire to learn on the job.
Energy and drive to inspire people and promote a cause.
Ability to work towards fundraising targets, accept and implement feedback.
Any Graduates/Post graduates specialized in marketing or MSW would be an added advantage.
