We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Legal Counsel to join our team.

As a Virtual Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to our clients, leveraging technology to communicate and collaborate with our team.

You will be handling the following responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

KRA: This involves engaging in in depth discussions with clients to fully understand the challenges their businesses face.

You will then leverage your legal expertise to provide tailored and effective solutions that align with their unique situations. Your ability to decipher complex legal issues and present them in a comprehensible manner to clients is essential. Clear communication and the capacity to offer actionable advice are critical components of this role.

Drafting and Negotiation of Contracts:

KRA: In this role, you will be responsible for creating a wide variety of contracts that meet the specific needs of clients.

This includes drafting and negotiating terms and conditions that safeguard their interests. Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in law from an accredited institution.
2. Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
3. Minimum 24 years of experience as a legal counsel, preferably in the areas of Legal research, Contract drafting, Vetting, Trademark filing and legal compliance.
4. Strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.
5. Excellent research, analytical, problemsolving and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to work independently, demonstrating selfmotivation and time management skills.
7. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
