    Description
    Our Opening and Your Responsibilities Role:
    • Handling emails received from internal / external customers.
    • Keeping a control over TAT period.
    • Raising SharePoint request for customer master data maintenance.
    • Updating customer's credit limit and payment terms on SAP.
    • Preparing and circulating monthly SharePoint report to stakeholders.
    • Preparing MIS dashboards and presentation.
    • Collaborating with cash application and stakeholders as per requirement.
    • Meeting productivity and quality benchmark defined from time to time.
    • Ensuring regular communication with Business Unit personnel to ensure issues are resolved immediately.
    • Ensuring deliverables as per agreed SLA's.
    • Attendance at the early monthly call is mandatory, and it is scheduled to occur once every month.
    Shift Timings:
    • Shift time would be either 9:00 pm to 6:00 pm or 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm
    What You Need to Succeed Educational Qualification
    • B. Com

    Technical Skills
    • 3-4 years' experience into international customer service preferably into cash collections.
    • SAP knowledge will be preferred.
    • Telephonic skills should be excellent.
    Soft Skills
    • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
    • Good communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
    • Strong process knowledge with focus on constantly improving productivity and processes.
