    SAP HR Payroll Functional Resource:

    • Collaborate with the Business Analyst and clients to enhance functionality and meet user needs
    • Own functional processes in multiple areas
    • Lead problem-solving discussions to ensure project continuity
    • Configure and review system functionality
    • Act as a subject matter expert for configuration issues
    • Participate in integration testing and quality assurance
    • Provide support and guidance to developers
    • Work with users to identify solutions and enhance customer experience
    • Coach and mentor junior analysts
    • Configuring SAP Payroll and Time modules based on business requirements
    • Follow best practices and protocols in system design and testing
    • Analyze and improve existing business processes
    • Collaborate with users to develop effective SAP solutions
    • Support system enhancements and documentation

    Role:

    • 6 to 10 years of SAP HCM experience in APJ Payroll and Time
    • Certified EC/ECP professional with APJ payroll exposure
    • Experience in AU public sector preferred
    • Minimum 5 end-to-end implementation experience
    • Knowledge of ESS/MSS, HRSP, and time management
    • Hands-on experience in SAP payroll and time configuration
    • Expertise in developing payroll functions
    • Proficient in compliance reporting for multiple countries

    Education & Professional Certifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience or Master's Degree with 6 years of experience
