    Description

    Responsibilities :

    • Lead and participate in SAP PM implementation and support projects, including new implementations, upgrades, and migrations (ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA).
    • Conduct thorough business process analysis to understand client needs and recommend best practices for SAP PM configuration.
    • Configure and customize SAP PM modules, including:
    • Preventive Maintenance (Plans, Strategies, Task Lists)
    • Notification Management (Configuration, Workflow)
    • Maintenance Order Management (Breakdown, Corrective, Calibration)
    • Integration with FI-CO, PP, QM, MM (including monthend closing)
    • Effectively articulate the functional differences between SAP ECC and S/4HANA PM modules.
    • Develop and implement user training materials to ensure smooth adoption of the SAP PM system.
    • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and postgolive activities.
    • Analyze and design clientspecific solutions to optimize maintenance processes.
    • Collaborate with ABAP developers on technical customizations using WRICEF (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms).
    • Utilize LSMW, LTMC, SAP queries, and Solution Manager for data migration and reporting.
    • Maintain uptodate knowledge of SAP PM best practices and industry trends.

    Required Skills & Experience :

    • 5+ years of handson experience in implementing and supporting SAP PM modules (ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA).
    • Strong understanding of preventive maintenance concepts (single cycle plans, strategy based plans, task lists, scheduling parameters).
    • Indepth knowledge of notification management, configuration, and its integration with maintenance orders.
    • Proven experience in breakdown and corrective maintenance processes, including calibration.
    • Solid understanding of business processes in production & process industries (discrete, REM, KANBAN).
    • Expertise in integrating SAP PM with MM, FI-CO, PP, QM, and thirdparty software.
    • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Experience with WRICEF for SAP PM customizations (desirable).
    • Proficiency in LSMW, LTMC, SAP queries, and Solution Manager (desirable).
