Responsibilities :

We are seeking a skilled SAP SRM Consultant to join our team, responsible for providing support to the SAP SRM module in a global environment within the SAP HANA framework.

- The successful candidate will have 4-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation and support projects.

- Expertise and well versed with WRICEF concepts.

- Proficient in process-controlled workflow and BRF.

- Worked on WebDynpro.

- Expertise in program optimization, testing, debugging and runtime analysis.

- Proficient in SRM self service procurement knowledge.

- Understand integration requirements with other SAP modules and non-SAP systems.

- Understand and contribute to the support process, resolving tickets as per SLA (Service Level Agreements).

- Analyse, research, troubleshoot, and assist in resolving defects arising from processes.

Requirements Gathering :

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to procurement processes, supplier management, and contract management.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design solutions using SAP SRM modules.

SAP SRM Configuration :

Configure SAP SRM modules to meet business requirements, including supplier self-registration, sourcing, procurement, contract management, and catalog management.

Customize workflows, approval processes, and user interfaces as needed.

Integration Management :

Configure and manage integration between SAP SRM and other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA) as well as third-party systems such as supplier portals and procurement platforms. Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems.

Supplier Collaboration :

Enable collaboration with suppliers by configuring and managing supplier portals and self-service functionalities within SAP SRM.

Facilitate supplier registration, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes.

User Training and Support :

Provide training and support to end users on how to use SAP SRM functionalities effectively.

Create user documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles to enable self-service support.

Change Management :

Manage changes to SAP SRM configurations and processes, including conducting impact assessments, obtaining approvals, and implementing changes in accordance with change management procedures.
