Responsibilities:


Training Session Design:

Collaborate with our team to develop comprehensive training modules tailored to the needs of young professionals entering the corporate world.

Design interactive and engaging training materials, including presentations, activities, case studies, role plays, and group discussions.


Training Delivery:
Conduct engaging training sessions either in-person or virtually, ensuring content is delivered effectively and in an easy-to-understand manner.
Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies to accommodate different learning styles and engage participants.


Soft Skills Development:
Cover a wide range of soft skills such as communication, interpersonal skills, time management, problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, and professionalism.
Provide practical tips and techniques to help participants navigate the challenges of the corporate environment.


Feedback and Improvement:
Collect participant feedback after each training session to assess effectiveness and gather suggestions for improvement.
Continuously refine training materials and methodologies based on feedback and emerging trends.


Stay Current:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the corporate world and incorporate relevant industry insights into training content.
Research and share best practices for successful campus to corporate transitions.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Soft Skill Trainer, ideally with a focus on campus to corporate transition training.
  • Strong understanding of the challenges and needs of young professionals entering the corporate world.
  • Excellent command of soft skills topics including communication, teamwork, time management, adaptability, and emotional intelligence.
  • Dynamic presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire participants.
  • Ability to design effective training materials and adapt content to different audience levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with diverse groups of participants.
  • Uptodate knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Flexibility to deliver training sessions both inperson and virtually.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Relevant certifications in training, coaching, or related fields will be a plus.

Job Types:
Temporary, Freelance

Contract length: 5 days


Salary:
₹4, ₹4,800.00 per day

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
