About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to join our organization and oversee the
recruitment function as well as various HR operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of
HR operations executives while also overseeing critical HR processes, including performance management,
both recruitment and HR operations, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving HR initiatives that
contribute to the organization's success.


Job Description:


  • Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and
performance improvement plans.

  • Oversee the implementation of increments, promotions, and related compensation processes.
  • Develop and generate reports on a daily or fortnightly basis, providing insights and recommendations to
HR and senior management.

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as applicable employment laws and
regulations.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance onboarding processes and ensure a positive employee experience.

Salary:
Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
