    Description

    Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

    Job Summary: The Accounts Receivable Specialist oversees all company's accounts receivable processes, maintaining accurate records and client relationships. Collaborating with finance team for financial reporting.

    Key Management:
    • Create invoices for domestic and international entities based on billing schedules.
    • Review and verify billing accuracy.
    Payment Processing:
    • Record and reconcile incoming payments.
    • Apply payments to accounts, generate AR status reports and assist in month-end closing.
    Compliance and Audit:
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
    • Support internal and external audits.
    Process Improvement:
    • Implement enhancements to AR processes.
    • Collaborate with departments for efficient billing and collections.
    Experience: 1-3 years in accounts receivable or related financial roles with knowledge of accounting principles and software like QuickBooks and Excel. Organizational, communication, and detail-oriented skills are essential for this role.
