    Role :
    Engineering Manager- .Net


    Location :
    Noida/ Hybrid

    What will you get to do?

    You will take role of an Engineering Manager where you will be providing tech expertise, as well people leadership to tech team, with culture of quality coding, scalable code, high people management quotient and capability to prioritize tasks/ sprints.

    You will manage a team of 15+ members and over a period, multiple products portfolios. This is to ensure you monitor Sprints & Performance optimization for systems.

    You will drive technical design, re-design, remodeling and refactoring of systems for robustness and sustainability.

    As an Engineering Manager, you partner with cross functional teams, Product Manager as well as senior leaders to create a vision and roadmap for the team and collaborate & drive design discussions, technology choices, and participate in design & code reviews.

    You will build processes for team, champion product thinking and provide technical leadership.

    We expect you to do a detailed & periodic assessment of people, define their career path, and ensure knowledge transfer.


    Skills & Qualifications :
    Years of technical experience of which, 3+ years in leading and mentoring technical teams.

    • Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or equivalent stream. Master's is good to have.
    • Indepth knowledge of .NET frameworks (ASP.NET Core and MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, etc.).
    • Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, etc.) is a plus
    • Preferred : Designed, developed, deployed largescale web applications on the cloud.
    • Good understanding of Docker/Containerized application development
