    Position Overview:

    As a Retail Trainer at The Souled Store, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and enhancing training programs to empower our retail staff with the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional customer service and drive operational efficiency. Working closely with retail managers and HR personnel, you will identify training needs, develop effective training strategies, and assess training outcomes to ensure continuous improvement in our retail operations.

    Roles and Responsibilities:


    • Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to various retail roles, encompassing product knowledge, customer service skills, sales techniques, and operational procedures.


    • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions for retail staff using diverse training methods, including classroom training, on-the-job training, and e-learning.


    • Collaborate with retail management to schedule training sessions and ensure minimal disruption to daily operations.


    • Maintain accurate records of training attendance, feedback, and performance evaluations, and utilize data

    to evaluate and enhance training effectiveness.


    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in retail operations and training methodologies, and incorporate relevant insights into training initiatives.


    • Provide coaching and support to retail staff to reinforce learning and encourage skill development.


    • Foster positive working relationships with retail managers and HR personnel to align training initiatives with business objectives and priorities.

    Requirements:


    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional education or certification in training and development is a plus.


    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training or staff development role within a retail environment.


    • Strong understanding of retail processes, customer service principles, and sales techniques.


    • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.


    • Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and training evaluation techniques.


    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


    • Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.


    • Commitment to upholding company policies and procedures, including privacy and security guidelines.

    Other Details:


    • Work week: 5 days with 2 offs, with a standard 9-hour shift.
